Christmas Menu Bookings made between 27th November to 20th December 2025
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- When you book online, we will ask you for payment card details to secure your reservation. No payment will be taken at this time. We will only take a payment from your card in case of a no- show or late cancellation.
- If you need to cancel, you must do so 3 days before your booking. You can either cancel your table via the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting the restaurant direct. If you cancel prior to the 3 days period we will not charge you. If you cancel after the 3 day period, we will charge your card the cancellation amount.
- If you do not cancel your booking and you do not come to the restaurant at the reserved time, we will charge your card the cancellation amount.
- The cancellation amount for the Christmas Party menu is £14 per person (50% of the menu price)
- We require you to submit pre-orders 7 days prior to your booking.
Additional Booking and Cancellation Policy for 16 guests or more
- If you are making a booking of 16 guests or more, you will need to do so by contacting the restaurant directly.
- Once the team have checked that they have availability, you will be added to the system
and sent a secure payment link. No payment will be taken at this time. We will only take a
payment from your card in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
- No booking is confirmed until the payment link has been completed.
